General Terms of Use
Rules and conditions governing the use of the Nexacare Studio website and services.
Last updated: November 2, 2026.
1. Purpose
These terms set out the rules for accessing and using the nexacare.fr website and the client area, published by Stéphane Bogaert (EI), trade name NEXACARE, brand name in use Nexacare Studio. Browsing the website or using the client area constitutes acceptance of these terms. The purchase of a service is governed by the general terms of sale.
2. Access to the website
Access to the website is free of charge, excluding connection costs, which are borne by the visitor. The publisher endeavors to keep it accessible at all times but cannot guarantee this: access may be interrupted by a failure, maintenance or an event beyond its control.
3. Published information
The website’s content, including “from” prices, lead times and the template catalog, is provided for information only. Only the accepted quote binds the parties as to scope, price and delivery date. The profitability calculation, the example figures and the demo templates are mere illustrations: they do not constitute a promise of results.
4. Client area
The client area lets you track a project, view your monthly results and deliverables, exchange messages and files, and pay invoices. Creating an account is free and requires a valid email address, which must be confirmed using the link received by email before you can access the area. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login details and for actions carried out with your account; notify us without delay in the event of unauthorized use. You can change your password and enable two-factor authentication by text message in the Security section. This option is available for phone numbers in France, Belgium, Switzerland and Panama. The client area can also be installed as an app on a phone or tablet, from the browser; an Internet connection is still required to view your information. You may request the closure of your account at contact@nexacare.fr ; documents that the law requires to be kept, such as invoices, are retained for the required period. The publisher may suspend an account in the event of fraudulent use, a breach of security or a breach of these terms.
5. Content you submit
You warrant that you hold the rights to the texts, images, files and messages you send, and that they are neither unlawful nor carry malicious code. The publisher uses them solely to carry out your project and may remove manifestly unlawful content. The client area offers a link to the Nexacare Google listing where you can leave a review: that review is published by Google, under its own terms, without review by the publisher. A review previously submitted from the client area is published only with your consent; its text is not changed and you can request its removal at any time.
6. Intellectual property
The structure of the website and its texts, visuals, logos and videos belong to the publisher or its partners. Any reproduction or use, in whole or in part, without prior written authorization is prohibited. The projects shown remain the property of their respective owners. Rights in the deliverables of a service are governed by the Terms of sale.
7. Links and liability
The website contains links to third-party services (social media, WhatsApp, payment) whose content the publisher does not control. The publisher cannot be held liable for damage caused by an interruption of the website, a virus originating from a third party or non-compliant use of the website.
8. Personal data and cookies
Their processing is described in the privacy policy.
9. Changes and applicable law
These terms may change; the applicable version is the one published at the time of your visit. They are subject to French law. For any questions: contact@nexacare.fr.
