Show treatments and prices
Each treatment needed its length and price, so a client knows what to book without having to ask.
Maiko Spa, a massage spa in Panama, wanted to present its treatments and prices and let clients book without interrupting sessions, on phones and in three languages. Here are the needs, the features built and the choices made.

During a massage, nobody can answer calls or messages. Booking had to work on its own, at any time.
The spa welcomes both local and foreign clients: the website had to read well in Spanish, English and French.
A booked slot that nobody turns up for is an hour of work lost.

A 5-page website: the home page with booking, massages, treatments and rituals, the spa's story and contact.

At launch, bookings went through SetTime, an external booking service. Appointments stayed in SetTime, separate from the rest of the site.
We are replacing it with our own system, including a Maiko app. The website, the admin area and the app share the same data: clients, treatments, appointments and deposits are all in one place.
Most visits happen on a phone. Booking sits on the home page, with no page to look for, and the home page was cut by more than half on phones.
Photos are compressed in a modern format so the site loads fast, even on a mobile connection.
The sample reviews planned at first were removed: the site only shows real information. Treatments, prices and the spa's story were reviewed with the founder.
Each page has its own title and description. The site is declared to Google in its three languages, with the spa's details: opening hours, address and treatments.
The site has been live since late October 2026. It is too early to publish reliable figures. We track visits, with visitors' consent, as well as bookings and deposits received. The first results will be published here after a few months.
We will only publish figures that were actually measured, and a testimonial only with the founder's written consent.
