Accessibility digital
What we do to make nexacare.fr usable by as many people as possible, and what still needs improving.
Last updated: 4 November 2026.
At Nexacare Studio, we believe the web should be accessible to as many people as possible. We pay particular attention to readable content, keyboard navigation, page structure and using our site with assistive technologies.
Our site is regularly improved and checked. Some features may still be difficult to use. If you run into a problem, write to us: we will look for a way to give you access to the information or services concerned.
1. Our commitment
We want nexacare.fr to be usable by as many people as possible, whatever their device, way of browsing or needs: by keyboard, with a screen reader, with high zoom or without animations. These principles also guide the sites we build for our clients.
2. Measures in place
- Keyboard navigation. All menus, buttons, FAQs and forms work with Tab, Enter, Space and Escape. Focus stays visible. A “Skip to main content” link appears on the first press of Tab.
- Drop-down menus. They open on click or with Enter, announce whether they are open or closed, and close with Escape, with focus returning to the menu button.
- Forms. Every field has a visible label, required fields are marked and a message explains the error if sending fails.
- Contrast. Text and button colours have been checked; the red of the buttons on a white background exceeds the 4.5:1 threshold required for body text.
- Reduced motion. If your device asks to reduce motion, movement effects are turned off and all content stays visible.
- Page structure. One main heading per page, ordered subheadings, identified regions (header, navigation, main content, footer) and each page's language declared.
- Images and languages. Meaningful images have alternative text, translated like the rest of the site into French, English and Spanish.
3. Known limitations
- Drop-down menus. Until 4 November 2026, pressing Escape from a link inside a submenu left the menu displayed. This has been fixed; if you still notice unusual behaviour, please let us know.
- Screen readers and zoom. Full tests with NVDA and VoiceOver, and at 200% and 400% zoom, are in progress. Difficulties may remain at these zoom levels, especially in menus, cards and forms.
- Text over photos. The contrast of some text placed over photos still needs checking page by page.
- Template demos. The demo sites show fictional businesses; their accessibility has not yet been checked in as much detail as the rest of the site.
- Documents. Documents shared in the client area, such as PDF invoices, are not yet all optimised for screen readers.
Nexacare Studio has not yet had a full compliance audit carried out by an independent body. This page describes our approach; it is not a compliance statement under the French RGAA standard.
4. Ongoing improvements
Accessibility checks are ongoing: tests with screen readers, zoom checks on computer and phone (from 320 pixels wide), touch target sizes, contrast of text over photos and document reading. Each fix is checked before going live, and this page is updated at every major step.
5. Report a problem
Having trouble with a page or a feature? Write to us at contact@nexacare.fr stating the page concerned and the problem. If email doesn't suit you, you can also write to us on WhatsApp or use the contact form. We reply within 2 business days and, if needed, provide the information in another format.
